Motivation

How do we stay motivated? We all are lazy at times, wanting to skip workouts or dive into pizza. The most important thing to remember is that it's ok to feel this way, as a matter of fact its normal. Here are a couple of tips to get your mojo back!

1) Nothing is permanent. This feeling will pass.

2) Remind yourself what you are fighting for.

3) Believe in yourself!! (Chant, meditate, listen to motivational tapes...anything to get that invincible feeling back once again)

4) If you are depressed and cannot seem to make any forward progress seek medical help. This does not mean you are weak or mentally deranged. It means your depressed and you need some help.
